Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Workday Application Administrator with deep expertise in Workday integrations and system administration. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within Workday HCM while supporting advanced reporting and functional enhancements. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong business communication skills to deliver scalable solutions in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, CCW, CCTPP, GPC, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLTs, and Studio.
Create and manage simple and advanced reports (matrix reporting preferred).
Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Document system capabilities, workflows, and programming techniques.
Support data integrity through audits, testing, and change management.
Lead planning and deployment of new Workday functionality and enhancements.
Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance.
Manage application environment components including servers, OS, network, and databases.
Conduct market research to recommend system upgrades and optimizations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end Workday development experience, specifically HCM integrations.
Hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Workday reporting (advanced and matrix reports).
Ability to interface with business teams and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Experience supporting Workday in healthcare environments.
Excellent problem‑solving and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Pro certification in HCM or integrations.
Experience with payroll and benefits integrations.
Familiarity with additional HRIS technologies and periphery systems.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
