Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Santa Ana, CA, for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing efficient CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and setting up and operating CNC machines. Daily tasks include creating machining strategies, optimizing production processes, troubleshooting machine operations, and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards for precise parts manufacturing.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC Programming and programming techniques for complex machining processes
Proficiency in ESPRIT and MasterCam
Hands‑on experience with machining and milling of metal and plastic components
Strong knowledge of interpreting and applying technical drawings to develop precise machining plans
Familiarity with advanced equipment such as multi‑axis CNC mills, CNC lathes with live tooling, and wire EDMs
Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work within tight tolerances
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or coursework in CNC programming or machining is considered a plus
