Senior Superintendent
A top Design-Build GC we are looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our team.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Job Details The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.

Coordinate subcontractors and manage project timelines.
Perform quality control and safety checks.
Provide on‑site direction and support.
Qualifications
5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site.
Proficient with Procore.
OSHA 30 Hour certification.
Technically literate.
Motivated team player.
