Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 Hiring Bonus Join Fraser to make a difference. Fraser, a Minnesota nonprofit, offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $20,000 in annual productivity bonuses.

Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate, within 30 days of a doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.

Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s orders.

Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress.

Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.

Maintain clean equipment and ensure it is in good repair.

Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.

Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).

Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Compensation

Starting pay for licensed SLPs: $70,000–$73,000 annually (actual pay depends on qualifications), with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 in productivity bonuses.

Pay for Clinical Fellows: $65,000 annually

$5,000 hiring bonus (paid in two installments and contingent on performance)

Full time or part-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
