High Focus Centers in Cranford – a premier outpatient treatment provider for mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders – is seeking an Adolescent Clinician to provide individual, group, and psycho‑educational therapy for clients aged 10‑17.
Responsibilities
Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients in collaboration with family members.
Facilitates all clinical services including individual, family, and therapeutic group sessions, and maintains referral contact with outpatient providers.
Maintains clinical records with appropriate documentation of services and program engagement.
Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data processes.
Utilizes evidence‑based practices.
Contributes to program‑specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a human services field.
In the process of obtaining or holding LPC, LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFT‑A licensure.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
