Position Summary
Pyramid Healthcare is dedicated to offering the highest quality of care to those we serve. High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients.
Position Details
Address: 17 Talcott Notch Rd, Farmington, CT 06032
Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with monthly merit and referral bonus opportunities!)
Schedule: Full time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs.
Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact.
Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Required: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or in the process of obtaining), Master's degree in a human services or related field.
