Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Brockton, Massachusetts A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in an educational setting. This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 60 students, with a focus on elementary or middle school populations. The primary responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing consultative services, and collaborating with school staff to enhance student communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of about 60 students, primarily in elementary or middle school.

Perform speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.

Provide consultative support to teachers and staff to implement effective communication strategies.

Collaborate with SLPA support staff who will assist with direct therapy services.

Deliver services within the school schedule, either elementary (8:20 am – 3:00 pm) or middle/high school (7:20 am – 2:40 pm).

Desired Qualifications And Experience

Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).

Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations.

Knowledge of healthcare and educational protocols related to speech-language pathology.

Experience in clinical fellowship year (CFY) or beyond preferred.

Ability to manage large caseloads and prioritize evaluations and consultations effectively.

Location: Brockton, MA (K-12 public school environment).
