Microsoft D365 F&O Lead Finance Consultant
As a Lead Microsoft D365 F&O Finance Consultant you can expect to engage in value‑adding business and application consultancy that meets the client needs, lead D365 F&O implementations from the analysis phase and onward with little supervision from the Functional Solution Architect, implement and configure financial modules of D365 for F&O, guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposals, client training and internal capability building, carry out prototyping plans and procedure documentation, define functional requirement and design documents for developers, finalize and sign‑off on FRD and FDD, perform unit and system test scripts, drive the team to resolve all issues during testing and QA, and test enhancements for end‑user acceptance, and organize and manage the entire training cycle. Travel to client sites as necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA highly desired
8+ years of experience as a Microsoft D365 F&O Finance Consultant
Successfully implemented General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, Project Accounting modules
Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365 F&O implementation projects
Ability to guide others in developing gap/fit analysis and fully review and approve it
Deep understanding of D365 Solution functionality aligned with client requirements
Ability to derive effective and scalable designs
Expert level competency in configuration and customisations in D365 Solution
Confidence to guide others in developing functional specification and documentation
Ability to develop and manage testing, QA and training phases of the project
Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications
Flexibility to travel as needed
