We are looking for a Finance Functional Consultant D365 Finance & Operations who will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across Finance modules.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure and test Finance functionalities, and support solution delivery under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Functional Lead.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an implementation, rollout, or support environment.
Soft Skill- Must Have

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central, focusing on Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation, Consolidation). Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and prepare detailed documentation (FRD, FDD, BRD, Gap-Fit Analysis, Solution Documents). Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical/development teams. Configure, test, and deploy financial modules and related integrations. Ensure proper data migration and reconciliation of financial balances from legacy systems. Provide leadership to the functional team – guide, review, and mentor consultants and trainees. Deliver user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization. Act as the client-facing lead for Finance workstream – ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations with third-party systems. Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements in Finance processes. Support pre-sales efforts, including client demos, solutioning inputs, and proposal support when required. Candidate Profile
Strong domain background in Finance & Accounts (M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred). Minimum 12 full-cycle implementations in D365 FO / AX Finance modules. Hands-on experience in Finance configuration, process mapping, and testing. Basic understanding of Procurement & Sourcing and Project Accounting processes. Exposure to Reporting tools (Management Reporter, Power BI) preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client interaction abilities. Ability to work independently on smaller modules and collaboratively within a team. Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior consultant role. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (preferred). Soft Skills
