We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, client-focused legal solutions in complex real estate transactions and litigation, development, land use, financing, and dispute resolution. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join their team and support their expanding practice. What You'll Do
Provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, zoning, and development. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and other transactional documents. Work collaboratively with clients, land planners, lenders, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders. Support dispute resolution related to real estate, including working with litigation teams as needed. Why this position : Impactful Work

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually.
