Experience leading a project team as a technical expert in system implementation (7+ years).
Expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers (10+ years).
High‑level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere (5+ years).

Interview process: Over Zoom for the 1st round interview.
Onsite or remote: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of the start date at their own expense.
(90% remote and 10% onsite).
Primarily remote, but candidate must be available to come onsite if needed.
Responsibilities • Serve as a technical lead for backend infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Azure subscriptions, DHCP, VDI, multi‑factor authentication, storage, backup, and PowerShell scripting.
• Direct and manage the workload of team members and the on‑call support functions for the operations team.
• Gather information from team members constructively, fostering collaboration and trust while contributing directly to technical problem‑solving.
• Document, monitor, and recommend updates or new services, projecting potential challenges, risks, time, resources, and scope changes.
• Provide leadership and subject‑matter expertise in the administration, maintenance, and support of numerous backend systems that support application development, design, security, integration, and desktop infrastructure.
Qualifications • Expert‑level experience in Microsoft Windows server administration across all current supported OS versions (10+ years).
• Active Directory and Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting (10 years).
• Expert knowledge in supporting certificate services (7 years).
• Experience implementing technology best practices in an organization (7 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for documenting complex infrastructure components (7 years).
• Expert knowledge in configuring LDAP (7 years).
• Experience leading teams and projects (7 years).
• Expertise with multi‑factor authentication services (5 years).
• High‑level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere (5 years).
• Microsoft Office 365 support – Teams, email, and other applications (3 years).
• System administrator for Microsoft Azure subscriptions and services (3 years).
