Job Title: Cloud Solution Architect – M365 & AI Business Solutions
Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and a passion for AI-powered business transformation. This role is pivotal in helping customers harness the full potential of M365 Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online—from strategic vision to hands‑on implementation.
You’ll work directly with customers to scope, design, and deliver intelligent workplace solutions that drive productivity, governance, and innovation. If you thrive in high-impact consulting environments and can bridge business needs with technical execution, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end engagements : From discovery and solution architecture to deployment and adoption of M365 AI capabilities.
Architect intelligent solutions
using M365 Copilot, integrating with OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.
Design and implement governance frameworks
for SharePoint Online and OneDrive, ensuring scalability, compliance, and security.
Develop custom solutions
and automation using Power Platform, Graph API, and M365 extensibility models.
Advise stakeholders
on best practices for AI integration, data readiness, and change management.
Collaborate cross‑functionally
with Microsoft PODs, engineering teams, and customer IT departments.
Mentor junior engineers
and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Information Technology
8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Copilot, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
Strong understanding of AI in business workflows, including Copilot extensibility and data integration.
Hands‑on experience with SharePoint administration, governance, and development.
Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead complex engagements from scope to design to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
Experience with Azure Landing Zones and hybrid cloud environments.
Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
Prior experience working with Microsoft customers or within Microsoft consulting teams.
