Job Title- Network Infrastructure Specialist
Location- St Louis, MO
Duration- 12 Month+ Contract

Local candidates only. This position will sit on-site M-Th; Fridays are remote.
Amount of travel: 25%
The Infrastructure Specialist manages manufacturing infrastructure across North America, requiring strong technical and communication skills. This role supports server operating systems, Client hardware, Windows and Linux operating systems, SAN storage, hypervisor and virtualization solutions across all platforms in the Client environment. The specialist ensures the delivery, availability, and performance of all systems supporting Client factory manufacturing environments.
Provide technical expertise in:
Windows Servers – Clusters and OS
Hypervisor and virtualization (VMWare)
SAN Storage systems
ThinClients & ThinManager Platform
Client iFIX, Client Historian, Wonderware, Rockwell suite, Ignition
Redhat OpenShift and Enterprise Linux platforms
Backups
Azure / AWS platform support
Responsibilities
Participate in on-call rotation to support critical factory issues.
Adhere to Client compliance processes for implementing/upgrading factory solutions.
Lead the change management lifecycle, ensuring regular testing before production release.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends in new technologies for storage architecture, capacity, high availability, and response time.
Education
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience.
Associate's degree plus 5 years experience.
High school diploma/equivalent plus 7 years experience in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.

Experience working on large, cross-functional projects
