We’re looking for a motivated
Entry‑Level Data Analyst
who’s eager to work with real‑world data, build dashboards, and support data‑driven decision making across business teams.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze datasets.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI / Tableau / Looker .
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Support data validation, QA checks, and reconciliation activities.
Work with large datasets using
Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Assist in automating recurring reports using
Python (Pandas, NumPy)
or SQL.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and senior analysts.
Document data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic.
Strong understanding of
SQL
(Joins, Subqueries, Aggregations).
Hands‑on experience with
Excel
for data analysis.
Exposure to
BI tools : Power BI / Tableau / Looker.
Basic knowledge of
Python or R
is a plus.
Understanding of data concepts: ETL, KPIs, data quality, and reporting.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field .
Internships, academic projects, or hands‑on training experience are acceptable.
