Job Title Maintenance Manager – Experienced Professional
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for Engineering, Maintenance and Quality with the ultimate objective of maximizing production volume while achieving cost targets.
Manage the capital budget and develop the technical talent in the group.
Ensure plant facilities and production equipment are properly maintained.
Manage the plant capital budget and engineering expense budget.
Work with plant technical and operations resources to identify capital deployment opportunities.
Co‑ordinate CAR submission and coordination of capital activities.
Manage hiring, salary administration, performance management including disciplinary actions, employee development and salary administration.
Provide engineering support and resources to sustain plant production.
Coordinate communication and implementation of manufacturing and technical initiatives.
Manage the AOP budget, which includes technical group salaries, building and grounds, maintenance materials and utilities.
Ensure compliance with site environmental regulations and support plant safety programmes.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred in engineering.
6+ years in engineering with demonstrated project and process management skills and at least 3 years supervisory experience.
Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse and solve technical problems.
