Permanency Coordinator
to join our team at our program in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities
Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills required. Travel and some evening hours necessary. Valid driver’s license and use of personal automobile required. Knowledge of Department of Public Welfare regulations, SWAN bulletins, and related state guidance. Complete all assigned units of service according to established benchmarks and timeframes in order to promote timely permanency. Attendance at SWAN and Merakey meetings as determined by program leadership. Participation in ongoing training as indicated by State regulations and/or Merakey policy. Support FCP staff in case planning activities to promote permanency for youth. Market permanency services to county agencies and general public. Promote the visibility of Merakey via local speaking engagements, etc. Other duties as assigned. Work Location: Office environment and community setting/resource home/residential facility/group home depending on youth location. Benefits
