Hiring Coordinator – Crafton, PA
Merakey is seeking a Hiring Coordinator to join our program in Crafton, PA 15205. This professional level staff position performs varied assignments under the supervision of the Assistant Regional Executive Director and/or Administrator and in coordination with the Recruitment and Credentialing teams. Responsibilities
The on‑site Hiring Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative staff assignments, including providing an open schedule for interviewing via phone and in person, managing job fair events for potential new employees, and placing employees into residential areas. The Hiring Coordinator will assist candidates at multiple stages of the hiring process for external and internal positions and serves as the primary contact with the Recruitment and Credentialing departments and liaison with hiring managers in all residential areas.
