Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Effective multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
