Reservations Agent Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Reservations Agent.
In this base plus commission paid position you are responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all guests while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations all with an understating to maximize revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to
Lead with Love— guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and shift your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
Be passionate about all Kalahari Goals and initiatives.
Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.
What We’re Looking For
Background consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
Basic computer knowledge including experience with excel.
You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
