Maintenance Assistant – Full Time (Weekend Required)
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge in using basic hand tools (saws, screwdrivers, hammers, and basic power tools). You must also have knowledge of carpentry, electrical plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal. Responsibilities
Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Maintain and repair basic functions of the facility.
Take care of the tools and equipment.
Make minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, Geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
Change filters on HVAC equipment.
