Maintenance Technician – Weekend Days

Sign‑On Bonus:
$2,500
Compensation Range:
$22.00 – $34.00 per hour (final offer may vary).
Schedule
Weekend Day – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, welding, and carpentry.
Assist production with machine setups and assemble new equipment parts as needed.
Coordinate with machine vendors for machine repairs and assist in equipment installation.
Document maintenance tasks and repair statuses in records and forms, both manually and online.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in plant maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Hands‑on mechanical skill with working knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
Welding education preferred.
Experience with electro‑mechanical systems, PLCs, HMIs, and reading diagrams or schematics is a plus.
Proficiency with computers and online-based programs.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Physical Work Conditions
Work in the maintenance shop, standing for 8–12 hours per day.
Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
