What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and repairs throughout the facility.
Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Inspect and maintain equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Complete and track work orders through our electronic system.
Prepare rooms for new residents and assist with daily building upkeep.
Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation as required.
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, or related procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Dependable and team‑oriented attitude.
