Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Maintenance Technician role located in Geneva, OH. The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting to identify issues, repairing equipment as needed, collaborating with team members to optimize equipment functionality, and ensuring workplace safety.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience; electrical experience required
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
Strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting techniques
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial maintenance regulations
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Read and work from maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and parts lists to repair and install equipment
Perform mechanical and electrical duties to keep machines, equipment, and facility in repair
Report irregularities, maintenance needs, and quality problems to Supervisor
Inspect machines routinely to ensure proper function and efficiency
Follow a set pm schedule and procedure on all equipment
Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
Repair and maintain physical structure of facility (interior and exterior)
Adhere to lockout tagout procedure and preforms all work safely
Comply with all company policies and procedures
