Ryder Supply Chain Solutions We are looking for a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Support Associate to support our facility at Ryder in Locust Grove, Georgia. This role involves handling products, operating RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, ensuring scanning accuracy, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $17.50 per hour
Products handled: Hair care, Health/beauty/cosmetics, apparel and shoes
Equipment: RF scanners, stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks
Weekly pay for warehouse positions

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Six months of related warehouse experience required
One year or more of related warehouse experience preferred
Proficiency with powered industrial trucks: stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks; ability to operate and maintain equipment (intermediate required)
May be required to operate manual or automated warehouse equipment such as a packaging line (intermediate preferred)
Powered industrial truck certification
Ability to read and do basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to enter data into the WMS computer system(s) in use
Work overtime as assigned
Ability to create professional relationships within all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
Capable of multitasking, highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers; ensure all scanning is completed correctly; train dock employees on new procedures; secure facility at shift end; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping.
Perform picking and packing duties; check for product or container damage.
Perform assigned tasks per location policies and procedures, including handling of materials within associated logical transactions.
Perform material moves with associated physical or logical transactions as required.
Participate in workgroup and other team activities to improve warehouse operations and related business functions.
Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
