Job Overview As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all daily operations during your shift, ensuring quality, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
Maintain customer relations and uphold all policies and procedures.
Oversee staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
Ensure store cleanliness, marketing activities, and adherence to brand standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Domino’s brand.
Essential Functions & Skills
Accurate math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Proficiency in entering orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigation skills to read addresses and map delivery routes.
Ability to operate store equipment and manage physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
Physical & Work Conditions Work may involve varying temperatures, exposure to food odors, and dust. Tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb cases, and occasional climbing of stairs; driving is required for deliveries within the designated area.
Advancement Opportunities Many team members progress from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations roles.
