Overview Domino's Pizza seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist with order processing, customer interactions, and general store functions. Part or full‑time shifts allow flexibility for students or additional income.
Job Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products for sale.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Handle monetary transactions accurately.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years.
Strong verbal, written, and customer communication skills.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator use acceptable.
Good motor coordination and ability to perform tasks quickly.
Comfortable working with a computer and telephone.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Cramped quarters such as walk‑in cooler.
Working near sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile/linoleum surfaces.
Short distance walking required.
Occasional sitting for paperwork.
Lifting: deliveries up to 50 lb, stacking onto shelves up to 72″.
Carrying: cans 3 lb 7 oz, sauce 30 lb, trays of dough 12 lb.
Pushing/pulling dolly trays with up to 7.5 lb of force.
Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance.
Stooping/bending for 30–45 s at a time; forward bending at pizza assembly.
Crouching/squatting to stock shelves.
Reaching up to 72″ and downwards for tasks.
Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms and wrists; manipulation of pizza peel, cutter, boxes.
