Circle Knife Operator - 2nd Shift

Urschel . Urschel is a 100% employee‑owned company that designs and manufactures industrial cutting equipment. The 2nd‑shift role works full‑time Monday‑Thursday (with possible Friday work). The facility is climate‑controlled, clean, and environmentally conscious.
Pay Starting pay is $27.99/hour + 5% Shift Differential.

Responsibilities Perform repetitive cuts to acquire accurate dimensions on a variety of circular knives, operating multiple machines simultaneously. Use circle knife lathes, serrators, and straighteners, and employ all necessary precision measuring and gaging equipment.
Qualifications • Minimum one year work experience in a related environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to solve math problems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and blueprints.
• Physical demands: frequent sitting and standing, repetitive wrist movements, forearm rotation, gripping, grasping, and squeezing.
