CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift
Urschel, a 100% employee‑owned company, is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for our 2nd shift operations. The role works full‑time Monday‑Thursday, with possible Friday assignments based on workload.
Starting pay is
$31.81/hour + 5% Shift Differential .

Machining features in all types of material, including castings and forgings, using CNC lathes and other machine tools.
Understand CNC program codes and programs, edit programs when necessary, and record all changes for documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years machining experience.
Strong math skills, blueprint reading, ability to use precision measuring equipment.
Solid organizational and troubleshooting talents.
