Pay Increase : $0.01 CPM annually until $0.70 CPM cap Monthly Performance Bonus : Up to $0.05 CPM Per Diem : $0.10 CPM included Tarp / Securement Pay, Stop Pay, Detention Pay, Breakdown, and Chicago Cross-Town Loads Pay Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit Scales, Tolls, and Lumper Fees Paid by Decker Home Time
