Position Summary We are seeking a hands‑on, safety‑mindful individual to join our team as a Transload Loader. In this essential role you will transfer bulk products—both hazardous and non‑hazardous—between railcars and tanker trucks. You will operate transfer equipment, prepare materials for loading or unloading, and ensure full compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including EPA, FRA, and OSHA guidelines. This position is physically active, conducted outdoors in all weather conditions, and requires climbing ladders up to 20 feet high, occasional use of full hazmat suits, and direct interaction with mechanical equipment and sensitive product transfers. A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety are absolutely essential.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transfer liquid or gas products between rail and truck.
Operate pumps, hoses, valves, and related equipment.
Prepare products for transfer (heat, sparge, or sample as needed).
Complete all logs, manifests, and compliance documentation accurately.
Conduct pre‑transfer inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
