Position Summary The NC State Athletics Ticket Office is a division of the Athletic Department at NC State University responsible for all ticket operations at sporting events hosted by NC State Athletics. Ticket operations include football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, wrestling, and gymnastics. Ticket Office employees provide assistance to the ticket office and its customers on game days, handling inquiries, distributing event tickets, and other tasks as needed. Part‑time Ticket Office employees will learn how to use the Paciolan Ticketing System for walk‑up sales on game days. Work schedules are flexible and can be coordinated with the part‑time employee supervisor.

Responsibilities

Assist customers on game days regarding ticket purchases and event information.

Distribute event tickets.

Support the ticket office in all ticket operations for a variety of sports.

Use the Paciolan Ticketing System for walk‑up sales.

Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education: High School Diploma.

Willing to work as many home football and men’s basketball games as possible.

Must be able to work 5‑20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends as assigned.

Previous customer service experience.

Ability to effectively communicate with and assist customers.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and interactive setting.

Skilled in handling cash transactions.

Work Schedule Hours may vary. Nights and weekends as required.
