Hours: 2nd Shift Available: 3:00PM - 11:30PM / Monday - Friday 3 months training on 1st Shift. Compensation
$19.75 plus a $1.50 shift premium on 2nd Shift. What's The Job?
Setup and operates single and/or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gauges to check and gauge work Load and unload product in the process using a forklift Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions Start machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure part conforms to specifications Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
