Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3rd Shift). 3 months training on 1st Shift.
Compensation:
$24–$30 per hour (based on experience) plus a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Potential to earn up to $4,400/year in bonuses.
What's the Job?
Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvement to increase efficiency, capability, and yield.
What You Bring to the Job
Three years maintenance experience in both electrical and mechanical areas.
Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills on the floor.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proactive, team‑working, time‑management, and attention to detail.
