Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
The
Radon Mitigation Technician
at SWAT Environmental is responsible for the installation and service of radon mitigation systems. SWAT is looking for self‑motivated individuals with a great attitude and a desire to be part of a growing company with a winning culture. The position requires the ability to work independently, as well as strong customer service, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Essential Functions
Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
Who Qualifies? We are seeking candidates who have previous experience in areas such as Cable Technician, Maintenance Technician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, Electrician, Handyman, Apprentices, Construction Laborers, Roofers, Carpenters & those that are good with ladders, customer service & looking for a career that enhances your skill sets.
Required Skills/Abilities
1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
Acquire and maintain required certifications.
Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
