We’re hiring a
Sales & Marketing Management Trainee
to join our team in Louisiana. This program is designed to take sharp, ambitious individuals and equip them with the skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience to progress from sales trainee to team leader to management — in as little as six months for top performers.
What You’ll Do
Learn the foundations of sales and marketing by representing one of America’s #1 telecom providers.
Prospect, pitch, and onboard clients face-to-face in retail environments.
Build confidence in communication, negotiation, and closing.
Develop leadership skills by supporting team performance and mentoring peers.
Progress into management by proving your results, initiative, and ownership.
