Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Through creative expertise, they manage floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development initiatives. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and grow into future store leaders through a promote‑from‑within philosophy.
