Position Summary Full‑time | Monday‑Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions, suggesting other products, processing orders, preparing correspondence, tracking customer orders, and resolving any delivery issues.
Duties
Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Meets call handling and order entry quotas
Handles complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives
Keeps records and tracks the pricing for customers
Reviews Deduction Lists, Credit Report, and Pricing Over‑Ride Report
Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large, and add‑on of orders
Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment
Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders)
Tracks status of products and stock requests with the Purchasing team
Qualifications
1‑3 years of effective customer support experience
Strong phone skills
Dynamic, active listening skills
Impassioned customer satisfaction focus
Solid ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations
Proven ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Customer support experience in a wholesale redistribution environment
Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Windows‑based) system
