Position Overview This position reports to Tooling Planner/Supervisor. The work model is onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role works 10 hour shifts Monday‑Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

Building and repairing drawing dies, regular punching dies, combination dies, molds, progressive dies, intricate jigs, fixtures or machines with parts that synchronize and tools of this nature.

Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathes, milling machine, shaper and grinder to machine parts and verifies conformance of machined parts to specification.

Resolving technical problems; ensuring proper compliance with safety, including use of safety equipment.

Maintaining high levels of quality tooling through workmanship.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus Tool & Die apprenticeship/certification or other training/experience equivalent.

5 years tool and die experience or completion of Tool & Die B Program.

Ability to build and repair automatic equipment, tools, dies, molds and fixtures from blueprints.

Proficiency with all hand tool room equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, jig borer, jig grinder, optical comparator, hand tools, and Rockwell hardness tester.

Must provide your own tools.
