Key Responsibilities
Operate an Industrial Band Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.
Day Shift
6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday

Qualifications
Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16”.
Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care.
General mechanical understanding.
Strong communication skills and openness to coaching.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
