As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products and services that create measurable value for our broker partners and retail customers across our multiple sites and applications.
You will own the broker experience and partner enablement layer of our platform, ensuring TicketNetwork remains the most trusted, data‑rich, and frictionless marketplace in the ticketing ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Lead the AWS migration project end‑to‑end, including discovery, planning, execution, validation, and optimization.
Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to design and deliver modern cloud‑native architecture that aligns with long‑term scalability and cost goals.
Establish and manage program‑level roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, sprint planning, and execution across engineering, QA, infrastructure, and product leadership.
Implement strong program governance, tracking key milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans through transparent reporting and dashboards.
Serve as the bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring business context, value, and risk are clearly communicated.
Coordinate with third‑party partners, vendors, and AWS technical resources as needed.
Identify and drive opportunities for platform improvement beyond migration, including automation, observability, and resiliency enhancements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agile delivery, and technical excellence across teams.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, CloudWatch).
Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
Expertise in program governance and risk management, including RAID logs, change control, and executive reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
Proficiency in program management and visualization tools – Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, etc.
Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business narratives and deliverables.
Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Preferred.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). Preferred.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization, security governance, and compliance frameworks. Preferred.
Knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, CloudWatch). Preferred.
Strong presentation and documentation skills for executive and technical audiences. Preferred.
AWS certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Practitioner). Preferred.
Required Experience
5‑7 years of technical program or project management experience within technology organizations.
3+ years leading cloud migration or platform modernization programs involving AWS or equivalent.
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple engineering teams across infrastructure, DevOps, and application domains.
Proven ability to deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives on schedule and within budget.
Experience managing technical dependencies, vendor relationships, and cross‑team resource planning.
Previous leadership of end‑to‑end AWS migration (assessment through production cutover). Preferred.
Experience in re‑architecting legacy monolithic systems into modular or cloud‑native environments. Preferred.
Prior work in mid‑size or growth‑stage technology companies undergoing modernization. Preferred.
Exposure to data pipeline modernization, container‑based deployment models, or serverless architectures. Preferred.
Background in technical program management within product‑driven organizations. Preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or experiential equivalent.
