CBTS is searching for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate has strong front‑end fundamentals, experience working with APIs, and a solid understanding of performance, usability, and maintainability. This role works closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user‑friendly web solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high‑quality code
Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
Solid understanding of responsive design and CSS frameworks
Experience consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Experience with TypeScript
Backend experience (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with CMS platforms or headless CMS solutions
Exposure to automated testing frameworks
Understanding of web security best practices
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Personality & Work Style
Highly collaborative with a “solve the problem, not just decorate it” mindset.
Comfortable with fast‑moving, iterative direction from leadership.
Able to take vague or messy requirements and turn them into clarity.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable presenting design rationale and guiding visual direction.
