Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. Provide direction, guidance, and coaching to the Loan Administration team on loan file and documentation requests to ensure the loan files comply with regulatory requirements, as well as, Bank policies and procedures. Perform the Quality Control function to ensure loan files are completed with accuracy and consistency. Gather and review documents to create a loan file and request loan documents for the following loan products from low to high complexity: (a) Commercial Loans, including but not limited to: commercial RE secured loans, construction loans, 1031 Exchange, commercial loans/lines of credit, asset based loans, dairy loans, agriculture loans, SBA loans, SWAPs, participations/syndications, letters of credit, leases, workout loans, loans involving use of outside counsel, Business Bonus Balance and (b) Consumer Loans, including but not limited to : residential mortgage, construction loans, Home Equity loans/lines, unsecured, vehicle loans, aircraft loans, boat loans, cash/marketable securities/investment account secured loans, leases. Run and review UCC Search. File UCC filings. Coordinate efforts with outside escrow. Coordinate efforts with title company. Run and review flood certifications. Request and review insurance, if applicable. Review loan approval based on previously assigned authorized authority. Post-execution review of all loan documentation packages. Send wire transfers for loan funding if applicable. Prepare and review funding instructions. Coordinate perfection of collateral with third parties. Track for return of collateral documents. In conjunction with Loan Administration Manager and Loan Documentation, Title and Boarding Manager, assist with training the Loan Administration Team as new regulatory requirements are implemented. Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has supervisory responsibilities and will supervise the daily workflow and will supervise associates in the absence of the Department Documentation Manger. QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED; and a minimum 5-7 years commercial and consumer loan processing/administration experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to department management, credit administrators, legal counsel, public groups, boards of directors and/or relationship managers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledgeable of mainframe loan systems, FISERV preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
