Pay Range Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Eligibility

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Position open to multiple levels of experience:

Level 04: minimum 15 years direct/relevant experience

Level 03: minimum 12 years

Level 02: minimum 9 years

Level 01: minimum 6 years

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution

Fluent with Git

Strong knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL 6/7/8, RHCSNRHCE CentOS)

Experience with Windows system administration, monitoring, instrumentation, resilience, and performance

Experience in an Agile development environment

Experience integrating Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployment preferred

Experience with caching technologies (Memcache, Active MQ, Redis, APC, etc.)

Experience with MySQL (Clusters, Replication, and Tuning) and Elasticsearch / Kibana

Knowledge of security practices, networking protocols, firewalls, PCI compliance, etc.

System architecture experience to read code and troubleshoot

Experience managing/monitoring AWS cloud and virtualized servers in a PaaS environment

Familiarity with SDLC models, agile, and DevOps methodologies

Fluent in object-oriented programming and at least one language such as Ruby, C, C++, Go, Python, or Java

Ability to isolate defects, reproduce errors, assess risk, and understand varied customer deployments

Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills

Clear and precise verbal and written communication

Nice to Have

Maintain/updating documentation software (Confluence / Jira)

Design and maintain web service infrastructure and deployments

Analyze service stack and recommend improvements

Identify processes for streamlining and automation

Effective communication with stakeholders and developers

Support and operations assistance as needed

Confidentiality regarding information handled

Experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, Java

Proficient in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering methodologies

Automating network infrastructure via Software Defined Networking

Holistic view of service development and deployment architecture

Understanding SLA requirements and high availability architectures

Support deployment and operations when necessary

Configure continuous integration environment using configuration management, containerization, serverless technologies, and Kubernetes

Architect best practices for build tools (Gradle, Maven, ANT, Shell) and CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo), and infrastructure automation (AWS, VMWare, Puppet, Chef, ansible)
