Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level business and administrative support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating intensive domestic and international travel, and acting as a trusted liaison on behalf of the Executive.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across a diverse and highly matrixed network, including boards, chairs, and external stakeholders.
Assist with the planning and execution of meetings and special events, ensuring all RSVP, logistics, and follow‑up needs are handled seamlessly.
Serve as a professional gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external partners and vendors, relaying critical information and maintaining sensitive documentation.
Conduct research and draft polished business materials, including memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports related to financial matters, philanthropic initiatives, and strategic projects. Take detailed meeting notes and prepare follow‑up materials.
Manage financial responsibilities, including expense reporting and budget tracking, with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain an impeccably organized paper and digital desk, ensuring databases, spreadsheets, and records are current and reliable.
Prepare, print, and bind materials for high‑stakes internal and external meetings as needed.

EA Experience: At least ten years of experience supporting an Executive in a highly matrixed and regulated corporate environment. Candidates with prior experience working on the Hill or supporting high‑level government officials are also encouraged to apply!
