Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Wilmington, DE. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, and monitoring client progress. The role also includes training and providing support to parents and caregivers, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with behavioral needs.
Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Monitor client progress.

Qualifications
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management.
Strong understanding of Psychology and its applications.
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs in a school or clinical setting.
Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
