Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms.
Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with design constraints.

Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.

Skills Required
Formal training/certification in software engineering and 5 years of applied experience.
3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development with React, Java 17, Spring Boot, and SQL.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for large‑scale products.
Strong understanding of microservice design patterns and cloud platform deployment.
Solid grasp of Java design patterns and data structures.
Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.
In‑depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and changing requirements.
