Responsibilities
Provide support to project teams from product design to implementation
Work with Agile Product Managers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and efficiency
Maintain expert product knowledge for timely issue resolution and accurate response to product‑related inquiries
Stay abreast of latest product development tools and techniques
Analyze customer requirements and assist with providing optimal product development solutions
Work with clients, participant experience team, relationship management, business development team, operations, and service group to identify requested functionality
Liaise between the WWS business and the agile product/technology pods to ensure alignment on delivery components and dates
Conduct user acceptance testing
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience required; ideally 3+ years of product delivery experience, preferably in an agile environment
Understanding of equity plan compensation and exceptional time‑management skills
Experience as a product delivery manager and proficiency in Plan Admin Pro or other equity plan enterprise solutions
Project management experience, with the ability to work on multiple short‑term projects concurrently
Technical background within a development environment (SDLC) with ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across the organization to influence stakeholders
Track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams in a fast‑paced, market‑driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, including technology use to communicate ideas and strategy
Confident decision‑maker, highly organized, able to communicate complex topics tailored to the audience
Comfortable with moderate to advanced MS Excel formulas and features
Willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time
Salary Weehawken: $110,000 to $157,000. The expected salary range is $110,000–$157,000 based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
