Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for UBS WWS corporate clients' financial reporting team.
Resolve complex issues related to Stock Compensation Expense, Disclosures, Diluted EPS, Deferred Tax Asset, Share Balance, and Proxy reporting.
Quickly and accurately address client questions while providing excellent client service.
Provide clients with support during month/quarter/year end reporting cycles.
Assist migrating and reconciling clients from the legacy Financial Online system to Plan Admin Pro.
Identify ways to build relationships and drive client loyalty by suggesting best practices and solutions.
Ensure clients are aware of new reports and functionality on the Plan Admin Pro.
Salary Information Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000.
The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information, please visit ubs.com/usbenefits.

Team WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. The WWS Financial Reporting team works directly with the accounting, corporate tax, and financial reporting teams of our corporate clients using UBS Plan Admin Pro. Plan Admin Pro is UBS' equity compensation record‑keeping software used by corporate clients to assist with their ASC 718 equity compensation compliance under US GAAP.
Qualifications
Ideally 5+ years of equity compensation or accounting experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or math.
Familiarity with accounting rules for share-based compensation under ASC 718.
Understanding of equity plan compensation and the wealth management industry, and ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders.
Project management experience, with ability to work on multiple short‑term projects concurrently.
Expertise and experience in theoretical accounting subjects, extreme attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
Prior experience desired in database management, product development, and equity plan recordkeeping software.
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) desired.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and with Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive.
Able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus, and able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility.
Ability to manage team priorities and a large workload in a fast‑paced environment while being an excellent problem solver and collaborating well with other people and teams.
