Responsibilities
Own financial reporting, technical accounting, and entity-level accounting
Manage debt accounting, covenant tracking, and reporting
Review contracts and agreements for accounting implications
Lead external audit processes and maintain internal controls
Collaborate cross-functionally on system improvements and process automation
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; active CPA required
5+ years combined public/industry experience; Big 4 preferred
Experience with complex accounting structures, reporting, and financing arrangements
ERP experience
Strong technical accounting and Excel skills
