Client: National organization managing complex assets and investments

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, technical accounting, and entity-level accounting
• Manage debt accounting, covenant tracking, and reporting
• Review contracts and agreements for accounting implications
• Lead external audit processes and maintain internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally on system improvements and process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; active CPA required
• 5+ years combined public/industry experience; Big 4 preferred
• Experience with complex accounting structures, reporting, and financing arrangements
• ERP experience
• Strong technical accounting and Excel skills
